It is a very beautiful winery, a nice place to take photos. I liked it here and the people working here were very friendly and helpful. However, it is a very basic wine tasting experience and tour, the cellar tour is about 7 minutes with some basic information. The wine tasting was nice but they dont have any food and you cant get a glass of wine to drink on your own. Its a very nice experience overall and beautiful views, but after the wine tasting we went to another winery to have wine and cheese plate.
This winery produces great wines and has a beautiful venue.
Doesn’t have the best customer service. Their closing hours for Saturday says 7pm. I called someone to make reservations and she also told me that they close at 7pm on Saturday. My party arrive and the lady rudely tells us that they were closed. I wish I could say nice things about this place but since having that initial welcome, I won’t bother.
The property is beautiful, you can get a free 10min tour of the production area and a tasting of 4 different wines for only 120 TL. It's worth it since their wines are good, but not worth their 30 EUR/bottle sale price.
We just bought two bottles and went away. It was very crowded at the weekend. But the shop was calm. The prices are not cheap but I guess it is expected with Turkish taxes. The environment is very beautiful. We are yet to taste the wines.
I have enjoyed my time there and the wine tasting was good, it's a very beautiful place, however there no much to do, and they don't have a restaurant
Definitely don’t go there with kids. It was 38 degrees outside and we were going to buy some wine and they asked the kids to stay outside at the heat. Didn’t offer any water or any refreshments. The hospitality was extremely poor. We decided not to leave kids alone and went back to Urla.
Going there usually requires a seperate trip to this place, it’s not on your way to/from somewhere, so people make an effort to go there. We went there in summer with our kids, to see around, taste and buy some wine. We were immediately greeted by someone who tried to give us some information about the tasting tour with constant emphasis on how much it was. Nothing welcoming, just a cold script. In addition to this, very poor hospitality- for example, no water offered as a courtesy in the scorching heat. The person who greeted us said they could get us into the current tour, 2 secs later she said that one was actually about to finish and they could get us into the next one in 30 mins BUT the kids would have to wait somewhere else as they weren’t allowed. Then we enquired if there was a coffee shop to get some refreshments/ somewhere we could taste some wine and then buy and answer was no. be Ultimately they said we could just go in and buy wine in tasting hall but we wouldn’t be able to taste any wine whatsoever before buying! I am familiar with some of their wines, so would just go in and buy but this time, another person said the kids would have to wait outside the shop area if we wanted to buy wine then just turned his back and left. Staff is disconnected, careless and not empathetic. Totally oblivious!!! Is it the heat??!!! Obviously we left without buying the wine, in fact, without even stepping in to their shop/tasting area.
I understand that there are some rules and regulations about age restrictions and alchohol but this is utterly disappointing. Not welcoming, no hospitality!!! Do not go there, do not make the effort, not worth it. Their wine could be good but it’s the whole package for me. A good proof of the stark difference between how a brand portrays itself on social media and how it is in reality. Not worth it!
